Happy Blogiversary.

Yesterday marks one year that I have had this blog. I want to thank you guys for reading this thing. I want to thank you for telling your friends about it. I want to thank you for leaving comments. Whenever I see a comment notice in my inbox my heart swells. I love all of you. Wait, not that guy. That guy is awful. But the rest of you. Thank you. Let’s just hug forever.

Tomorrow I am going to Las Vegas. My brother is on spring break and we’re going to do it right. I have a sore throat so I’m already a little worried. But I remain confident that good times are ahead. I have never been to Vegas before. Anything that I NEED to do? Or, more importantly, anything that I NEED to eat? I’m serious. Throw your food/restaurant recommendations here. I want a restaurant that has a live ape in it. Or all of the waiters are dressed as The Beatles in various decades. Or maybe the entire place is underground. The weirder, the better.

I will be back soon! In the meantime you can always add me on twitter or ask me a question on formspring.

See you later.

xoxo,

Lillian I can't live with the idea of you crying yourself to sleep every night. Therefore you leave me no choice but to blog forever. Thanks a panstful.

Four for this blog! Well done!

Obviously in vegas you have to go to a club. I went to the Bank in Bellagio for my 24thbirthday and it was so fun!

Congratulations! Never been to Vegas either, but since you have a sore throat, you should eat the best damn ice cream that only happens there.

I believe you need a guitar-shaped boozy slush holder that has a strap and a straw that resembles the electrical cord for said-electric guitar. Cabo Wabo Cantina on the Strip sells them. It is IMPERATIVE that you both purchase and photograph yourself wearing/drinking from the slush guitar. DO NOT EAT THERE, but definitely get the guitar.

Also, congrats on your one year! It's always a treat to see a new post from you!

25 cent chicken wings at the Dan Marino restaurant in the Hooters Hotel from midnight to 6am!

Awesome and classy. Much like your blog.

I've never been to Vegas myself, but I'd say that everyone has to get married there at some point.
Congrats and happy birthday to your blog!

Dude, I'm going to Vegas this week too! And I've never been! We should totally get silly on some of those guitar slushes and get married or some shit. We'll just get it annulled in the morning, but the memories and guitar slush containers will last forever.

I love your blog. I'm so proud to be one of your first followers. You had me at your first post post!

You have to go see Beatles Love at Mirage. It's a Cirque de Soleil show and it's completely mesmerizing. There's a bar called Revolution that is Beatles-inspired right next to the show. The drinks are great, something different, and everything is glow in the dark. You can write on tables with neon pens, and you'll probably fall in love with one or two of the bartenders. I hope you get to experience it.

I can't get enough of your blog…you hit every humorous/crazy note of a single, 20-something trying to figure out how to grow up and fall in love. Congrats on your book…can't wait to read it. Have fun in Vegas!

Happy Blogiversary! ♥ your blog! Have fun in Vegas, very jealous here.

If you want to go to any shows, you can go to the giant Coke bottle (there are several locations, I know there is one on the strip at the M&M's store). You go there in the mornings and can get last minute discounted tickets for that night.

As far as where you need to go or eat…I did not have any bad experiences anywhere I went.

Since you will be there on St. Patty's there is a fun Irish pub & casino on the strip, can't remember the name…doesn't matter. I was instantly sold on it because they have a "little person" dressed as a leprechaun with a microphone standing outside on the street.

"I love all of you. Wait, not that guy. That guy is awful. But the rest of you."
    I bet I'm that guy

As for Vegas, my only tip is to do whatever you want and just make it stay there, as they say.

I love your blog, thanks for writing it!

For your throat, may I suggest gargling some vinegar? Sounds horrible, and it kind of is, but you can cut it with water to half-strength and gargle that (in the back of your throat) and it will simply cure your soreness. Seriously! Get some fancy vinegar, something tasty like raspberry balsamic.
